Thank you very much for your willingness to participate in our survey.
At first glance, it looks like a lot of work coming over you. But the first impression is deceptive. It will take you a good half hour to answer the questions. Most of the answers are done with one click, less often it is necessary to enter a short text, such as the name of a drug. Many questions can be skipped, for example if you are not taking certain medicines. Although the following pages are also displayed satisfactorily on smartphones, it is recommended that the questions be processed using a PC.
You can interrupt the processing of the questions at any time, save the current status and continue processing later. Your details will be saved anonymously under an individual code. Depending on the browser you use, it is possible that the button for saving is not visible on every page, but only on the first page. You have several opportunities to enter comments, additions, etc.
With your participation you will help to better understand our disease. It may be possible to find connections, e.g. between certain antibodies and secondary diseases. Perhaps fears that preoccupy some of us will be better explained and understood. It can be assumed that you will also benefit personally from answering the questions. What is half an hour if you can help to understand our disease a little better?
By answering the following questions, you agree to the anonymous storage and processing of data in compliance with data protection regulations. In order to simplify the organisation, a so-called "data protection" form will be stored on your computer. A cookie will be stored on your computer. This cookie is automatically deleted when the online questionnaire is completed. You also give your consent to this when you process the questions.
Our thanks go to Prof. Dr. C. Sommer, Würzburg, S. Seefried, Würzburg, S. Kratz, Würzburg, and Dr. B. Balint, London/ Heidelberg for their cooperation in selecting, formulating and translating the questions. Many questions will be evaluated as part of a dissertation to be written in Würzburg.
